I am a Cross industry experienced enthusiastic Chartered Manufacturing Engineer with business improvement and programme management capabilities. I have delivered complex, time-bound projects whilst working for Rolls Royce. I have gained lean six sigma green belt accreditation whilst working on a project delivering £259,000 annual benefits through the implementation six sigma practices. I am strongly focused on leading by example, capable of working with muti-cultural teams at all organisational levels both in small and large enterprises. I am currently supporting several STEM voluntary activities, where I am support in the goal of reaching 6 million people by 2020.
